Partnering with our sister company PGC Developments Limited, this design and build new dwelling in Greenmeadows, Napier was delivered to a high standard and specification during 2022.

Featuring a combination of James Hardie Oblique and Rockcote Integra claddings, this architecturally designed home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a high stud open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This dwelling features a high standard of fittings and fixtures throughout including porcelain tiles, stone benchtops and high quality plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances.
