PGC successfully delivered the development of two two-storey walk-up apartment blocks, each with four units, and a two-storey standalone dwelling. The project involved full management of building and resource consents, early engagement and coordination of sub-contractors, and oversight of consultant and BCA inspections to ensure a seamless build process.
Each unit featured CLT construction with 7m x 2m timber floor panels, along with prenail frames and trusses, GIB linings, James Hardie cladding, aluminium joinery, and the Cupolex floor system. PGC coordinated all sub-contractors, managed council liaison for new services and connections, and oversaw shop drawings, RFIs, and material deliveries to align with programme milestones.
Key systems included fire alarm, security, passive fire, and acoustic installations. PGC also managed all concrete works, landscaping, and fencing, ensuring high-quality completion across the site.
Health and safety remained a top priority, with lift plans, traffic management, and subcontractor compliance carefully coordinated throughout the project.
The project was completed in September 2025, meeting all quality, safety, and programme objectives.
